Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Grace Lamp. We are committed to providing premium lighting products and exceptional customer service. Please read the following information carefully to understand how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders Not Yet Shipped: 
  
  Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
  Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.
  
  
• Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered:  Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 

2. Return Policy

Return Window: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. We have return processing centers only in the United States and China, so all returns must be sent to one of those designated addresses.

Note: Custom-made products and light bulbs are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions

• Defects or Shipping Damage: If your product arrives with a manufacturer defect or is damaged in transit, we offer a 100% refund, including return shipping. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or videos for validation.
• Personal Reasons: If you return a product for reasons such as incorrect size or change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued after inspection, minus the shipping cost.
• 
  Non-returnable Customized Options：Slope-ceiling adapters, extended rods/chains, non-standard sizes/finishes.

  Damaged on Arrival：Report within 7 days with photos/videos; we replace parts or full fixture and cover return shipping if a pickup is required.
  

3. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order. Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange.

5. Custom Orders

Orders for custom-made items cannot be canceled once confirmed and entered into production.

6. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email service@gracelamp.com or reply to your order confirmation email with:
   
   The name and quantity of item(s) to return
   Reason for return
   Preferred resolution: refund, exchange, or store credit
   
   
2. Return Authorization: Wait for our customer service team to send you the approved return address and instructions.
   Important: Do not ship to unauthorized addresses. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if sent to the wrong location.
3. Prepare the Package: Ensure items are unused and packed in their original packaging with all components included.
4. Ship the Package: Take photos of the item and packaging (inside and outside) before shipping. Return shipping is at your expense unless there is a quality issue. Use a trackable method and consider purchasing shipping insurance.
5. Quality-Related Returns: If approved, we will reimburse your return shipping. Email the shipping receipt and tracking number to service@gracelamp.com.

Order Processing Time

Standard items: Processed within 1–3 business days
Estimated Delivery Time

Small items (under 32" W): 5–8 business days via UPS, FedEx, or DHL
Large furniture (over 32" W): 4–8 weeks via ocean freight with final-mile truck delivery
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders to the continental United States.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, U.S. territories, and international destinations, custom shipping arrangements may be available — please contact us for details.

Delivery Requirements

An adult aged 18 or older must be present to receive the delivery
Please ensure the delivery path is clear and accessible
For large items, confirm that furniture can fit through doorways, hallways, and elevators
Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on size, availability, or shipping method. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. For large freight items, tracking updates may be limited until the item reaches the local delivery carrier.
