30-Day Return Policy

We proudly offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Complete with all included parts and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Made-to-order lighting fixtures
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Installed, altered, or used products
  • Products missing original packaging
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or handling

Return Request Process

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GraceLamp LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

Our support team will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing or shipment preparation begins.

Once an order has entered production or shipment processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order.
