Who can apply for a trade account?
Our program is for qualified interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, developers, hospitality professionals, retailers and other trade buyers. Submit your business details and our team will review your application. We may request additional information to confirm eligibility.
How does trade pricing work?
Pricing is quoted according to the products, quantities and project requirements. Submit a product list if available, or ask our team for help selecting pieces. Any minimum order requirements and whether promotions can be combined will be confirmed with your quote.
Do I need a complete project or product list to apply?
No. You can apply while you're still planning. Product links, quantities, dimensions and delivery details can be provided later. The more you can share, the more specific our recommendations and quote can be.
Can you customize lighting for my project?
Customization options may include sizes, finishes, colors, canopies, hanging lengths and configurations. Availability varies by product. We confirm the specification, price and lead time before you approve a custom order. Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How does the 40-day trade return & exchange benefit work?
Approved trade customers may request a return or exchange for eligible trade purchases within 40 days of delivery. Contact service@gracelamp.com with your order number before returning any item. Our team will confirm eligibility, return authorization and the return or exchange arrangements.
Custom-made products and light bulbs are excluded. Items must meet the applicable product condition and packaging requirements. Return shipping costs and other applicable charges may apply. This trade-specific benefit extends the standard return window and allows eligible exchange requests; all other applicable exclusions and conditions in our Return Policy remain in effect. Regular retail orders retain their standard policy.
What happens after I submit my application?
We review your business and project information and contact you to discuss eligibility, pricing and how to order. Submission does not automatically create an approved trade account, place an order or apply a trade discount at checkout.
How are order timing and delivery confirmed?
After an order is placed, we confirm processing time, the applicable air or ocean shipping method and estimated transit time with you. We proceed after your agreement. Once the products are ready, we share photos for approval before dispatch, followed by tracking details after shipment.
Delivery arrangements depend on the products and destination. Please review our Shipping Policy and share any project deadlines with us.
