What can I customize?
Depending on the design, options may include lighting dimensions, finishes, canopy configurations, hanging lengths and light arrangements. Furniture options may include dimensions, materials, upholstery and finishes. Send a product link or reference image so we can confirm feasibility, specifications, price and timing.
Do I need drawings or exact measurements to get started?
No. A brief description, room photo or inspiration image is enough to begin the conversation. Final measurements and specifications must be confirmed before your custom order is approved for production. Share your room dimensions, ceiling height and any installation constraints when available.
How long does a custom order take?
Timing depends on the design, materials, quantity and destination. We confirm the processing estimate, applicable air or ocean shipping method and estimated transit time with you before proceeding. Tell us about any deadlines at the inquiry stage; a requested date is not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Will I see my products before they ship?
Yes. When the products are ready, we share photos for your confirmation. Shipment is arranged after your approval, and tracking information is provided after dispatch.
Can custom-made products be returned or exchanged?
Custom-made products are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind. Please review and confirm all specifications before approving your order. If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order details and photos so we can assist under the applicable policy. The extended trade return window does not apply to custom-made products. See our Return Policy for details.
Will materials and colors match my reference exactly?
Reference images help us understand your direction, but natural stone, wood and other materials can vary in color, grain and pattern. Lighting and screen settings also affect appearance. We discuss the selected materials and finish before you approve the specifications.
What should I know about installation?
Please share your ceiling type, voltage and installation requirements before approval. Have a qualified installer verify mounting conditions and support requirements; lighting should be installed by a licensed electrician. Large or heavy furniture may require professional handling and assembly.
