At this time, international shipping is not available through our website.

Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-made, oversized, or made-to-order lighting may require additional preparation time.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed throughout the process.
Estimated Delivery Time
We work with trusted shipping partners such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS to provide reliable delivery service.

Oversized Lighting Fixtures
For chandeliers or products larger than 48 inches, estimated delivery time may range from 4–6 weeks depending on the product size and destination.

Free Shipping
Grace Lamp proudly offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
All prices displayed on our website include applicable standard shipping costs. No hidden fees will be added during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow tracking updates up to 48 hours to appear after shipment confirmation.
Large & Fragile Lighting Deliveries
Some oversized or fragile lighting fixtures may ship in multiple packages to ensure safe transportation.
For freight deliveries or large chandeliers:
Delivery appointments may be required
Signature confirmation may be requested
Assembly services are not included
All fixtures are shipped with installation hardware and instructions when applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified before shipment preparation begins.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, eligible items may still qualify for return under our Return Policy.
To request changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears delayed or lost during transit:

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue
If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation
